1. Prices shown are FINAL price - fixed and non negotiable.
2. All prices are not inclusive of postage unless otherwise stated. All postage fees are to be borne by the buyer (see #8 below).
3. All items are brand NEW. Ready Stock / Pre Order are available. We offer the affordable items with quality. All items will be checked before sending out.
4. First come first serve basis. Confirmation of items are based on payment made.
5. Payment to be made via MAYBANK account and proof of payment is required. Please keep bank transaction details / receipt as we may need you to validate your payment by email.
6. No refunds / item change for the "change of heart" [change decision]. However, defective items changes at our discretion. Item must be return unworn, with label tags intact, original condition. Return postage will be borne buyer.
7. COD is not available at this moment. Only online orders via POSTAL services.
8. Postage fees guide: POSLAJU / other local courier.
West Malaysia (Klang Valley) RM6 - RM7 (POSLaju). Additional fees for other states.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak) RM8 - RM9 (POSLaju).
*Postage fees may vary by a few ringgits according to the weight (orders more than 1 item). We will inform you the exact postage fees in the invoice.
*Receipt of parcel with signature is required upon arrival. If you are not available to receive your parcel when it is delivered, the delivery service will leave instructions on how to retrieve your parcel (from post office). TRACK YOUR PARCEL here.
9. Items will be posted after payment has been made. Posting will be done within 1 – 2 days unless stated otherwise.
10. We will not be held responsible for any damages or lost items during postage. Any custom charges will be borne by recipient (especially for International Orders).
11. International shipping is available. Kindly email us for shipping rates. PAYPAL can be accepted.
12. Items shown in picture are the closest depiction. However, color might vary with real product due to monitor screen or picture condition with flash or without flash. Measurements are in centimeters units (cm). As different measurement methods, the size may differ by 1 ~ 3 cm discrepancy.
12. Advanced payment is needed for restocking / Pre-orders. Should we fail to restock the item(s), order cancellation and full refund will be given.
PRE-ORDER
1. Place your order with full payment and wait for the arrival. It takes about 2-3 weeks for the packages to be delivered, after closing date.
2. All pre-order items will be sent after the arrival date.
3. Pre-order shipment will be different from ready stocks. If you would like both order items shipped together, please contact us to arrange payment for combined shipping. Please note, this will be at a later date, after arrival of pre-order.
4. Size / Color orders depend on stock availability. In event of no stock for certain products and sizes - we will notify you via e-mail. Full refund will be given if it is not available / at buyer's choice to cancel.
5. No changes or refunds of items are applicable. We do not accept return/refund on preorder items as all items will be checked thoroughly before shipping out.
How to BUY
1. For orders and invoice - please fill in our Order Form or via our E-CART.
2. Price listed does not include postage. For postage charges, please read above.
3. Please take note that items cannot be reserved (although we try our best to restock any sizes / colors - but subject to availability). Although we give time allowance for payment to be made.
4. Alternative order method; please email us at ariusfashion@gmail.com with your contact details : Name, Email Address, Contact number and Item(s) code & Item Link . Kindly clearly state the item(s) that you are interested (state color, size and any other remarks).
5. Invoices will be sent out with final amount (price + postage). Total payment is expected within 48 hours. If there is no reply, order will not be placed. Order items will not be reserved.
6. Please quote bank transaction details / receipt. This is for us to validate your payment.
